Racial and Ethnic Disparities

Thank you for your interest in racial and ethnic disparities. It is our mission to ensure that all youth in Missouri are treated fairly. In doing so, it is our effort to raise the knowledge and awareness of disproportionate minority contact as well as promote evidence-based & best practice strategies and policies to eliminate the overrepresentation of minority youth in Missouri’s juvenile justice system.
