MJJA Conference Invoicing

Effective: March 2026

Thank you for your interest in the upcoming MJJA conference! To provide a more efficient registration experience, we have transitioned our ticketing to Zeffy.

While our online portal handles credit card transactions, we are happy to continue accommodating agencies that require registration via invoice for payment by check. Please follow the steps below to register.

How to Register by Invoice

  • Step 1: Download the Registration Form
  • Step 2: Complete Attendee Details Please fill out a form for each individual attending. Note: If you are registering a large group, you may simplify this by emailing a spreadsheet with attendee details directly to our admin.
  • Step 3: Submit for Billing Email your completed form(s) to Vonda (vonda@mjja.org). Our administration will process your request and send an invoice to your provided billing contact.

What happens next? Once your payment is processed, we will manually add your attendees to our Zeffy guest list. This ensures everyone receives timely conference updates and event notifications.
