Designed for new juvenile and family court personnel, this program is mission-driven, performance-based, and outcome-focused. It provides a definitive program for the contemporary juvenile supervision officer. The program is highly interactive in nature, and translate theory, and “preferred practice” models into applicable job and practice skills for those who work in the field. The techniques demonstrated and practiced are useful regardless of caseload or community size, or demographics. The Missouri Office of State Courts Administrator contracts with MJJA to provide this important program.
