MJJA Fall 2021 Educational Conference

The deadline for registration is October 6th, 2021.

    You understand that you are allotted ONE table for your exhibit.

    #1 (required): EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

    Your Corporate Sponsorship entitles TWO representatives from your organization to attend the conference workshops, meals, breaks and activities as noted on the conference agenda.

      #2 (optional): Additional Exhibit Representatives

      Additional exhibit representatives (above 2) will incur an $125 fee to cover the person’s participation in the scheduled breaks, meals and activities as noted on the conference agenda.
